What is the WHITE Framework?
WHITE is a structured iterative business plan framework designed for speed, ease of use and interoperability with AI.
Why the WHITE Framework?
The world is moving fast, spending weeks to months on writing and formulating a business plan is obsolete. AI tools can help iterate ideas quickly and effectively and a framework to help us to work with AI to validate ideas was needed. AI can be too opinionated and in the world of business whereby revenue can be made by going 'against the grain' AI falls very short by recommending generic and 'proven' advice -- advice which sounds feasible but is not designed for building the next generation of businesses.
Why use WHITE?
The WHITE 'prism' concept helps you organise your thoughts based on the challenges in business, the WHITE refined structure helps AI to understand your business concept and helps you and AI to iterate over the business idea quickly. The goal is to input LESS data, enabling both you and AI to quickly address issues and refine your business plan effectively.
Use WHITE to generate multiple business plan ideas and concepts utilising AI—traditional business plan frameworks are too time-consuming, while alternatives like lean canvas are optimised for human-to-human engagement and review. Validate a venture early, build a realistic roadmap, or present a structured plan to others.
5 Components of WHITE Framework
Why use this format?
WHITE was developed through real-world application, tested on over 100 business plan use cases across multiple industries. This iterative refinement process distilled the framework into five focused components that work with AI to accelerate planning.
Who Is This Framework For?
- First-time founders wanting structure.
- Side-hustle entrepreneurs validating before committing.
- Technical founders balancing product with market.
- Anyone tired of business plans built on assumption.
Framework Origins and Inspirations
WHITE draws inspiration from Roman Epigrams and Japanese Haiku—forms that demand absolute clarity and brevity. By forcing you to distill complex ideas into their core elements, the framework acts like a Prism, breaking business chaos into five focused components (Who, Hurdles, Innovation, Traction, Earnings).
WHITE forces you to strip away noise and focus on the core elements of business ideas: Who, Hurdles, Innovation, Traction, Earnings.
